SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow up to 2 business days for the creation of your made-to-order products before shipment. All orders for dried products placed after 12 pm will ship the next business day, please note there is no shipping on Sundays or holidays.

International orders may spend 30 plus days in transit.

Shipping & Pick-up orders are available within the Phoenix metropolitan area. Before placing your order, text us @ 602-845-9331 to coordinate non-shipping delivery/pick-up options. *Available near AZ Mills, Chandler Mall.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Because we strive to process and ship items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

REFUNDS

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges. However, please email us at jamrockseamoss@gmail.com if shipment/damaged order issues arise.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOM CHARGES

Please be advised that we ship from the U.S. and some international orders may be subject to custom charges upon arrival, you will be responsible for these and they will not be reimbursed. Unfortunately only dried products are being shipped internationally. Also please note, some international orders may sit in transit for up to one month.

WRONG ADDRESS ISSUES

Be very careful when typing in your address, if you type the wrong address or enter your information incorrectly we will not reimburse lost packages.

JAMROCK'S SEA MOSS ORIGINATION

Our sea moss is harvested off of the Jamaican coast. This West Indian island boasts a tropical climate all year round enabling sea moss to grow in optimal water temperatures (maximizing the nutritional value).

SEA MOSS COLOR VARIATION

Sea moss is a natural product derived from shallow waters in the ocean. There are many factors that could affect color & strain such as the time of year, tide and other naturally occurring marine conditions.

PRODUCT EXPIRATION

Our restorative jelly can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Our sun-dried product can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and will keep for up to 1 year.
